NovaTire Technologies LLC is a Missouri-registered tire solutions company. We match construction, compound and tread to your duty cycle, then supply it by the pallet and by the container — truck, passenger, off-the-road, industrial and agricultural.
OTR radial · L-3 / L-5 tread · 17.5-25 to 29.5-25
We supply trade buyers only. NovaTire sells to distributors, wholesalers, fleet operators, tire retailers and OEM brand owners. We do not sell single tires, we do not fit tires, and we do not ship to private addresses.
01 — Product lines
Every line is available under our own brand or as OEM with your sidewall mould. Sizes below are the fast-moving range held in or near stock; the full size book runs considerably wider.

TBR
Steer, drive and trailer patterns for long-haul, regional and mixed-service work.

PCR / LT
HT, AT and MT patterns for cars, SUVs, pickups and light commercial vans.

OTR
Loader, dumper, grader and scraper fitments for quarry, mine and earthmoving duty.

IND
Forklift pneumatic, solid and skid-steer tires for warehouse, port and yard work.

AGR
Tractor drive and steer, implement and flotation tires in bias and radial construction.
02 — Construction
Two tires in the same size can differ by forty percent in casing life. The difference is in here. When you send us a duty cycle, this is the part we specify on your behalf.
Section through the crown of a truck radial, drawn to proportion.
On an OEM run these are the variables we can move for you: tread depth and compound, belt count and wire gauge, liner thickness, and bead and apex stiffness. Tell us the failure you keep seeing in the field and we specify against it rather than against a price point.
The compound that meets the road. Long-haul mileage, scrub resistance for city stop-start, or cut-and-chip resistance on crushed rock — you do not get all three in one compound, so we pick for the duty cycle you actually run.
14 – 22 mm new tread depth by pattern
Two to four belts laid at opposing angles hold the casing round under load and keep the footprint flat. Belt count and wire gauge are what decide whether a casing is worth retreading once or twice.
3 belts standard on 22.5" truck sizes, 4 on mixed service
Cords running straight from bead to bead — that radial geometry is what separates the sidewall from the tread, so the tire can flex without scrubbing the footprint.
1 steel ply on truck sizes · 1 – 2 polyester plies on passenger
A halobutyl sheet that holds the air. Liner gauge is the quiet difference between a fleet checking pressures monthly and one chasing slow leaks every week.
1.5 – 2.5 mm on commercial sizes
Not shown in the section above. The bead bundle is the steel ring that clamps the rim; the apex above it controls how stiffly the sidewall stands up under load. Sidewall gauge is what survives kerbing in city work and rock cut on site roads.
03 — Tread
Most of the warranty claims we see are not manufacturing faults — they are the wrong pattern in the wrong position. These are the four families we supply across the five product lines.
Continuous longitudinal ribs. Lowest rolling resistance, straightest tracking and the most even wear — the default for any free-rolling or steering position.
Deep lateral blocks that bite. Noisier and it gives up some highway mileage, but it is what pulls a loaded unit off a wet ramp or a soft yard.
Staggered independent blocks with open shoulders that clear stone and mud. For units that run half on pavement and half on site roads.
Tall angled bars that self-clean in soil. Bar height and angle set the pull you get and the damage you leave behind in the field.
On a standard 6x4 tractor and tandem trailer that is two rib tires on the steer axle, eight lug tires across the drive tandem, and eight rib tires on the trailer. Fleets that mix in site work move the drive axle to a block pattern and accept the mileage penalty.

A working extract of the catalogue, with the figures buyers ask for first. Load index, speed symbol and exact pattern codes come with the quotation.
Reading a sidewall
Overall diameter decides whether a tire clears the arch and whether it matches the other tires on the same axle — mismatched diameters in a dual fitment drag one tire against the other for the whole life of the set. Send us the wheel size and the axle load and we will check the fitment before you order, not after it lands.
DOT code: the last four digits are the build date. 2426 is week 24 of 2026.

Container counts are loose-load estimates and vary with tube/flap and rim packing. Ask for the full size book (PDF) with load index, speed symbol, section width, overall diameter and tread depth.
05 — Manufacturing
We buy from established radial and bias plants with half a century of production behind them, and we hold the relationship ourselves. That keeps one set of margins out of your landed cost and gives you a direct line to the production schedule.
Partner plant — mixing, calendering, tire building and curing
06 — Working with us
Audited plants, consistent compound, and certification that clears customs where you sell.
Test a size before you commit a container. Mixed loads let you cover a whole price ladder at once.
Put your own name on the sidewall and keep the market you build protected.
07 — Coverage
Our manufacturing partners ship to distributors across more than ninety countries, so the homologation, labelling and documentation for your market is usually already in place.

08 — How ordering works
A first container typically takes six to eight weeks from signed PI to vessel departure. Repeat orders on an agreed size list move faster.
Sizes, quantities, destination port and the Incoterm you work on. A pattern preference helps, but is not required.
Price per piece, container plan, lead time and payment terms, usually within two business days.
Run the tires on your own equipment before you commit to volume. Sample cost is credited against the first container.
25–35 days for OEM moulds, 15–20 for stock patterns. Third-party or in-house inspection before loading.
Loading photos, packing list, commercial invoice, B/L, certificate of origin and DOT records sent on departure.
09 — Request a quote
